Warranty
Plain terms, so you know exactly where you stand before you buy.
Last updated 2 October 2026
What is covered
Warranty against manufacturing defects (period varies by brand, confirmed on your invoice). If a part fails because of a defect in materials or manufacturing, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if a replacement is not available.
Conditions
Turbos almost always fail because of their surroundings, so the warranty depends on correct fitting:
- The part was fitted by a qualified mechanic.
- The engine oil and oil filter were changed at the time of fitting.
- The oil feed pipe was replaced or cleaned, and new gaskets were used.
- The cause of the original turbo failure was found and fixed.
- You keep the invoice and the fitting bill. Our installation checklist covers every step.
What is not covered
- Damage from oil starvation, dirty or contaminated oil, or coolant in the oil
- Damage from foreign objects on the compressor or turbine side
- Incorrect fitting, reused gaskets, or sealant used on oil joints
- Over-speeding from boost leaks, tuning, remaps or an adjusted actuator
- Excessive exhaust temperature, including from fuel system faults or a blocked DPF
- Parts that have been opened, modified, or had the ID plate removed
- Racing, competition or modified-engine use
- Labour, towing and other costs of fitting or removal
How to make a claim
- Contact us on +91 81308 28058 or sales@vermaturbo.in with your order number.
- Share photos of the part, the fitting bill and a description of the fault.
- If we ask for the part back, we will inspect it and tell you the outcome. Failure analysis shows clearly whether the cause was a defect or an external problem.
