This policy explains how Verma Turbo handles your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Name, email, phone number and delivery and billing addresses when you order
- Your GSTIN, if you ask for it on your invoice
- Account details if you create an account, and your order history
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email
- Basic technical data such as browser type, needed to run the website securely
We do not collect or store card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay handles payments directly.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, and to issue invoices
- To answer fitment and support questions
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal data, and we only send marketing messages if you ask for them.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process payments
- Courier partners, to deliver your order
- Hosting providers that run this website, under confidentiality obligations
- Government authorities, where the law requires it
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires, and other data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to sales@vermaturbo.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
