Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund any time before the order is dispatched.
Returns
Unused parts in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will arrange the return.
Not returnable
- Parts that have been fitted, even briefly
- Parts with opened seals, damaged packaging or a removed ID plate
- Electronic actuators once they have been connected to a vehicle
Wrong or damaged parts
If you receive the wrong part or a part damaged in transit, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the part and packaging, and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned part reaching us.
