Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases from Verma Turbo at vermaturbo.in. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation. If a part turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we will offer an alternative or refund you in full.

Fitment

Parts are listed with the manufacturer or vehicle maker part number. Please match this number with your old part or vehicle before ordering. We will confirm fitment on request before you buy, and we are not responsible for parts ordered against an incorrect number.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery and returns

See our shipping policy and returns and refund policy. Unused parts in sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty and liability

Parts are covered by our warranty, which requires installation by a qualified mechanic following correct practice. Our liability is limited to the price of the part, except where the law does not permit such a limit. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having jurisdiction.
